Welcome to your 21 Day Wellbeing Challenge!

The Whitman School invites you to sign up below to access your personal digital wellbeing journal. We are officially 21 days from the final day of the semester! Everyday, open your digital journal and complete exercises to boost feelings of happiness and resilience and support overall mental health – just in time for finals. The daily exercises include intention setting, gratitude practice and journaling.

This challenge is funded by the Nass Mental Health Initiative. Please register using your @syr.edu email account.

Q: What is Notion

A: Notion is a freemium productivity and note-taking web application. It offers organizational tools including task management, project tracking, to-do lists, bookmarking, and more. We love it because it allows our digital journal and challenge to be interactive for employees and we can add fun features like a song of the day

Q: Do I need to create an account to use it

A: All participants of the challenge will need to create a free Notion account in order to access their own digital journal. Creating an account is quick, easy and again free!

Q: Do I lose access to the challenge after 21 days?

A: You will have access to the challenge/digital journal forever so you can revisit it at any time. Many people like to revisit the prompts and exercises regularly.

Q: Can I use Notion on my phone?

A: Yes! Notion is available on desktop and mobile devices with the Notion App.

Q: Can we see other peoples’ challenge information or is it private?

A: Every participants has their own digital journal which is private to them unless they choose to share it with others

Q: How can we use this as a group?

A: We recommend kicking off meetings with the daily challenge or discussing amongst peers.

Q: What happens if I miss a day?

A: Our 21 Day Wellbeing Challenge is designed to be completed at your own pace, with blank date sections so even if you miss a day you can pick it back up the next day.
