The session we did was on Wellness and the act of physically journaling was a great idea. It helped me identify themes and remind me of my sources of joy.
I actually really appreciated that there was no forced interaction with the group. It allowed me to be in my own space and move outside of that at my leisure, without feeling the pressure of conforming to expectations around group communication.
One of my company’s ERGs hosted a Gratitude workshop which was such a nice time set aside to connect with the present moment and get a much needed moment of stillness into the day.
It was amazing to take 45 mins out of my busy day to focus on my wellbeing. I was grateful to be able to meditate and learn some new techniques.

That is up to you! The teams we work with love adding our mental fitness journals to events as an employee recognition or holiday gift. Employees can use the journal throughout the Liberate workshop, and continue to use it afterward as a resource to manage stress and prioritize mental health.
For a workshop, participants need a journal and pen. We recommend adding our mental fitness journals to your event as a wellness gift for employees to use during the workshop and beyond. For meditation or chair yoga, all you need is an open mind!
We lead classes for groups as small as four employees all the way up to 20,000 employees! The price reflects groups of up to 100 employees. If you expect more than 100 employees to join the class, we add a small additional fee to help us provide the best experience for larger groups.
We understand that every employees’ schedule is different. At your request, we provide you with the class recording so that you can share the experience with the rest of your team.
We host our classes on Zoom. At your request, we are happy and experienced with hosting on Teams, Webex, and Google Meet as well as in person.
Team members can dial in from separate computers or phones from their work from home space. If you’re in the office, you can project the class onto a TV in the conference room for everyone to join together.
