Quick, name something you love!
I have been LOVING nice gestures by nice people lately.
The older I get, the more important it is to me to surround myself with nice people.
When was the last time someone held a door open for you, helped you carry something, gave you words of affirmation when you were feeling sad, or listened when you needed support?
In my book, anything that makes you feel good, seen, and cared for is a nice gesture.
What I love extra about nice gestures is that it makes the giver and the receiver feel SO GOOD.
On the days where nothing is going right, a kind text or surprise mail will give me the strength to keep pushing forward and remind me of all that I have to be grateful for.
My challenge to you this week is to perform a nice gesture, and tell no one. Allow it to be your little secret, just how thoughtful you are 🙂 The light inside of us grows when we spread the love, and sometimes it feels extra special when we keep it to ourselves rather than boasting it to the world.
Hot take: nice guys finish first.
